Naptime... or Not
Today, J1 went down for his nap like an angel. He started whining around the usual time. I asked him if he was tired, and he said something that sounded an awful lot like "nu-night", then ran to climb up on my bed. I nursed him down in about 2 minutes.
Then I tried to put J2 down. He usually likes to stay up a bit later than J1... but today was a bit ridiculous. After an hour of cuddling/nursing/wrestling with him, I gave up and just set him in the crib, hoping he'd go to sleep on his own.
It didn't work.
Because he screamed when I left the room, I decided to get some present wrapping done on the floor while I ignored him and let him try to fall asleep on his own.
So... this is what I ended up with:
It's really surprising what J1 can sleep through. But don't worry. J2 got what was coming to him later (when J1 woke up about an hour later). And no, my first instinct was not to grab the ipod and start filming. My first instinct was to sit and watch the fun... so I ended up missing the best parts of this fight. But thankfully, filming was my second reaction... breaking it up and getting them both out of the crib came a little later (possibly after I left the room to eat some chocolate).
Would this qualify as a cage match?
