And We're Moving... AGAIN (help!)

So, as I mentioned previously, Dave was accepted to grad school, and we need to cut expenses by finding a cheaper place to live. Our contract here doesn't end until February 09, so we're stuck here until then... UNLESS we can find someone to buy our contract... which is why we have an ad posted for our home on craigslist, ksl, and byu housing.

This is where you all come in. If everyone who reads this forwards our ad link to everyone they know... who in turn forward it to everyone they know... you get the idea... eventually it would find someone who wants a gorgeous twin home in a great neighborhood, and wants it in the next 3-4 weeks... or at least sometime before Feb 09. :)

Rent is so expensive in Provo which is why we are buying a house to live in while my husband goes to Grad school. We are using our last two tax returns for the down payment.

We're currently in a rent-to-own contract (which should be sold this weekend!!!) and were planning to buy this house. But a mortgage would be more than our current rent, and with the market drop we'd actually be losing equity by buying right now (we had the price locked in a year ago... when we thought the market had hit rock bottom). We did manage to find a place in Provo that will fit our needs and our budget for the next 1 1/2-2 years. We're planning to move Thanksgiving weekend!!
